Since the pf of transformer is dependent on load
We only define VA rating and does not include pf.
Inspite this in motors pf depend on construction and hence
rating of motors is in KWatts and incude pf.

Temperature rise depends on losses which in turn depends on voltage and current rating..... so V*I
By the by we don't know the pf of load to express it in KW

losses in transfomer only depends on voltage
and current but they do not depends on phase
angle between them i.e. power factor (pf).
