here A and D are constant , so change in permittivity is directly proportional to level

since C=ka/d,here we can't change the area(a) so we are changing (d)the distance between them in order to change the capacitance of the capacitor,thus results in change in voltage and in case of transmitter we get change in currentdue to change in capacitance.
