how to calibrate load cell
Answer / Arun Kumar Chaturvedi
Calibration of a load cell involves several steps. First, choose an appropriate standard weight or force for the calibration process. Place the load cell on a stable surface and connect it to a load cell indicator or a data acquisition system. Apply the standard weight to the load cell and record the corresponding reading on the indicator or system. Repeat this process multiple times and average the readings to minimize errors. Compare the recorded readings with the actual weight applied. If there is any discrepancy, adjust the load cell accordingly using a screwdriver or other calibration tools as per the manufacturer's instructions.

dear friends, i have seen flow as the selection critriea in presure guage (bourdon tube) and i would like to know what is the relation between flow and performance of pressure guage other parameters i found in the data sheet are pressure max. 1ksc temperature max. - 50 deg c line size - 80NB operating range - 1ksc pr. guage range - 0-2 ksc thank u,

In closed loop control there are several “blocks” used to show the interactions between the process and the control system. These blocks are referred to as the “process” and the “controller.” Describe the relationship between these two blocks when creating a well tuned control loop.
