Actually It's called "Honed meter run".
It's a 1 piece manufacturer piping assembly, used to hold the orifice.
It's called "Honed" as the piping internal surface is honed/machined to be glass smooth surface.
This assembly is very expensive & it's used in custody transfer applications.

Honed flow sections are orifice runs made in sizes of 0.5"
to 1.5". These devices are used for low flows of gas,
liquids and steam services with a higher tolerance than
standard sized orifice flow measurement of pipe line size
more than 2".
