Actually It's called "Honed meter run".
It's a 1 piece manufacturer piping assembly, used to hold the orifice.
It's called "Honed" as the piping internal surface is honed/machined to be glass smooth surface.
This assembly is very expensive & it's used in custody transfer applications.

Answer / inst & control eng
Honed flow sections are orifice runs made in sizes of 0.5"
to 1.5". These devices are used for low flows of gas,
liquids and steam services with a higher tolerance than
standard sized orifice flow measurement of pipe line size
more than 2".
