HOW TO CALCULATE THE MASS OF UNKNOWN IMPURITY IN LC-MS? AND WHAT IS THE ROLE OF FRAGMENTATION IN LC-..

Answer / divyesh patel

The frgmentation pattern in MASS helps to understand the
chemistry of a structure. But we need to have the route. By
the frgmantation pattern we can be able to conform the
structure. It is nothing but the masses of diffrent
possibilities of formation of structure by combination of
diffrent groups. The same are broken by applying energy with
the intension of fragmentation. Some times the helgen
pattern may also help to conform structure.

I need to know the methods to determine the percentages of each Ferrous Chloride and Chloride acid. Also I want to make sure that this solution is truly (40% w/w). So ANY CLUE !!! Thanks in advance.
