The (mostly unstated and assumed) common requirement for all
commercial flow meters is a full pipe.

The presence of air or gas in a liquid line not only causes
an inaccuracy in the measurement, in many cases it can cause
the measurement to fail altogether.

A close second for common requirements is to avoid vertical
downflows for liquids.

Hello Friends do you know this answer of this Question? Which color you would use when there is Somthing not correct or need to change In P&ID? i mean color that use for highlight that need to update in P&ID. Yellow Highlighter ? Red color ? Blue Color ? Regarding , there is an air cooler which control the fans(50% of AV FANS) by temperature in outlet , and the louver of Air cooler is controlled by HIC from control system , So if on Air cooler we will consider 2 individual I/P converter or positioner?
