Ratio of impurity area and active area
correct the concentrations.
Best practice is
Inject LOQ to 150% of specification around 5 levels
and calculate the slope of impurity and slope of active
take the slpe ratio.

RRF Can be calculated by comparing the area of standard with
area of impurity x conc of imp by conc of std x 100.
