It depends on Company to Company,In My project we clarify
the requiremens by reading FDS and SRS documents and Live
demo on the functionality given by the Client.

1. It is essential to have an understanding of the system
before starting work on it.
2. Ask the business teams to give a demo on the application
to understand the application
3. Some companies have trainings and certifications based
on the application
4. Once you receive the business requirement
documents/functional specifications, make a list of
questions module wise and list them down
5. Forward the questions to team leads and managers or save
in a common sharepoint site shared with onsite teams
6. PM's usually schedule meetings with business teams to
clarify the doubts
7. Good practice is to have a tracking sheet to track
responses to queries so that entire team goes thorugh it
and learns

3.if TE's have doubts regarding reqirement(fxn knwledg)

TE,s who are assigned foe same project and same module.

5.clarify doubts with BA.
