For System Testing,Entry Criteria is-
1) SRD(S/W Req.Docs)should be freezed.
2) All Test Case writting should be completed,review.
3) Unit testing,Integration testing phase should be
completed.
Exit Criteria is -
1) All High Priority & HIgh Severioty defects should be
closed( fixed).
2) Application should be worked as per User's expectation.
3) Application should be meet successfully all the Users
requirements. etc..
Please suggest me if I am wrong...

Entry criteria for testing is as soon as SRS is prepared the
testing should be started. Exit criteria is decided by
either project manager or when the application starts
working normally.

Entry and Exit criteria are defined by the company.In
general:
The Entry criteria are:
• The SIT code and environment shakedown was
successfully completed and there will be no interruptions
to the system test as a result of either
• Successful completion of unit testing and
integration tesing in development environment
• Updated Change Control Logs
Exit criteria are:
• All Requirements that are In Scope have been met
and the severity 1&2 variances are resolved.
