it will be more there at a time of summer because corona happens due to the breakdown of hot moistured air(less voltage required for breakdown) around the high voltage conductor. in case of summer there will be more temperature with moisture in the atmosphire.

u can see it mathematically...delta which is inversely
proportional to Temp..in summer temp is more...so del is
less....nw crtcl disruptve coltage,Vo is proprtnal to
delta ...so lesser the value of delta lesser the Vo.....and
loss is proportional to (operatng voltage,Vp - Vo)
square..so loss is more
