Recently I have joined in aurobindo pharma u16 ,jadcherla as a process engineer, they are using b.tech graduates as machine operators by giving them minimum wages , they don't give leaves they torture you for work and the department heads are not worth their roles , please avoid this company and be safe

I have also signed a bond for 3 years in aurobindo pharma jadcherla , they appointed 40 members as process engineers and all of us are b.tech graduates.
We did every work said by our superiors , we even worked with daily labourers in sun but now we realized that we were just been used by them for their production ,
Now we are unable to find jobs in engineering department as we have worked here in production , so please don't join aurobindo pharma as process engineer , they don't give minimum respect to you they only want hard working donkey people.
The management here is very weak and the managers in production have only pharma knowledge and they torture us every time .
HR people are also very arrogant .So kindly don't join aurobindo pharma if you want a successful and peaceful life.

yes.. that's true.. I workd there for 8 yrs. i'm the best employee there. got good increments too. finally on the farewell day they scolded me and told that i'm the waste one. why they gave good increments if i'm such a bad one.. or they expecte something other than work..?

Never join Aurobindo pharma , because it never respects employees, they are only after the bonded amount which you have to pay to them and the HR team head mr vakkalagadda Suresh and Nagesh are very harrassing people , they only need in professional idiots to do labour work , never join AUROBINDO , they are very bad people , do a watchman job instead or even clean toilets but never ever enter a company like Aurobindo pharma
