The circuit diagram of a simple light bulb (tubelight) consists of a power source, a switch, and the bulb itself. The power source can be a battery or an AC supply. When the switch is closed, current flows through the filament inside the bulb, causing it to glow and produce light. As for your second question, while not the absolute simplest circuit in electrical engineering (a simple resistor-voltage source circuit can also claim that title), a light bulb circuit is one of the most common and fundamental circuits.
