Silicagel is used in transformer to restrict the entry of
moisture particle in side the tank. When the oil is been
heated inside then the warm air goes out from ventilation
plug at the same time fresh air has to enter inside to
fulfill the vacume. This fresh air goes to silicagel
breather where moisture particle is been adopted by
silicagel.

There are 2 Flip_Flop with logic between them. Given Clock to Q delay, logic prop. delay, set up and hold times specify maximum clock frequency of system.
