Person who dicided to go to weekend trip should not exceed 8 hrs driving in a day. Average speed..

Answer / no one

formula avg speed=2xy/x+y; where x and y are the frwrd and
backward journey rspectively...

now,avg speed will be=2*40*30/40+30=34.285.

thrfore he can travel 34.285*8 in total=274.28 miles.

thn the picnic spot will be half the total
distance=274.28/2=137.14 miles.(ans)
