Generally tan delta test is taken on voltage level of 2
kV,5kV , 10 kV using test kits. but factories perform the
test on rated voltage level of that particular instrument.

Our 110/11 KV Tr was tested with 2.5 to 15 KV at an
increment of 2.5 KV
