How can we calibrate the level interface for Fisher®
FIELDVUE® DLC3000?if use water to calibrate and our liquid
SG are 0.75 and 1 ,Displacer height=14" and How much should
be set SG in trasmitter during calibrate, for URV and LRV
how shold be set
Answer / iit
Calculation # If the calibrating liquid is water:
In the DLC3000 (Need Hart to communicate)
-ON Basic set up_PV set up set PV is Level
-ON Basic set up_PV set up set Specific Gravity =1
-ON Basic set up_PV set up_PV Rang set URV=14"and LRV=0".
1. First close both the primary isolation valves and drain
the liquid inside the chamber.
2. Fill water up to the center of lower flange level =0"
=0%
2.1 At DLC3000 on Basi set up_Sensor calibrate_Two Liquid
Lvl cal select Lower cal to get 0" =0% output
3. Fill it up to the center of the top flange level =14"
=100%
3.1 At DLC3000 on Basi set up_Sensor calibrate_Two Liquid
Lvl Cal select Upper cal to get 14" =100% output.
4. Fill it up to 50 %, check linearity.
After calibration completed with water and back on service
for interface
On DLC3000
-ON Basic set up_PV set up set PV is Interface
-ON Basic set up_PV set up set upper SG is 0.75,Lower SH=1.0
-ON Basic set up_PV set up_PV Rang set URV=14"and LRV=0".
and close drain valve and open both the primary isolation
valves unit ready to in service
