Pressure Transducer is a device that converts one form of
energy(pressure) into elctrical signal.
Pressure Transmitter is a device whcih is transmits the
converted (electric signals)signals from Transducer.

Transducer is any device that can converts one type of
energy into another type of energy. In a pressure measuring
instrument the transducer is the actual pressure cell that
converts the measured pressure energy into a proportional
electrical energy.
This pressure cell is connected via a ribbon cable to the
head of the pressure measuring instrument where the
transmitter is situated.
Transmitter is any device that can take a generated signal
and transmit that signal via any means, be it via cable or
radio waves to a receiver.
We normally refer to any measuring instrument's transmitter
section due to it being the most important area to us. The
transmitter's ability to transmit the generated 4 to 20mA
signal is what we work on and not the cell or transducer area.
If you talk about your car do you talk about your 4 cylinder
or do you talk about your Toyota Corolla?

pressure transducer sences pressure and gives output in
electrical form if using active transducer
pressure transmitter transmits the pressure measured in
electrical form but after amplifying for sending this data to
remote(far distance from workstation) location.

Pressure transmitter are same working as pressure Transducer but basically differences is that in plat used Plc. So plc working in digital signal. So we can say transmitter is convert pressure ( flow energy) in to pluse from ( electrical signal) in plc.
