low impedance protection low protection at over voltage,and high impedance protection provide more protection at over voltage.it offer the impedance against over voltage.

I have an 15A fuse MCB that controls a night storage heater. It needs replacing and is now obsolete. Is a 16A C curve MCB the correct replacement?
