knowing the customer details in the first 3-4 questions , then knowing the actual problem and then find out actual root cause of the problem. start analysing the probable answers .

to convince the customer ,first off alll ask some questions
regarding its what he actually want,after that elaborate
your product features at full extent..side by dide make
healthy relationship by asking some general
questions..like..its a good choice..i personally like it
very much..note the customers expression where you get
information that you are on right way or not...and at last
do your best...to sell your prdt...
