From Datastage web console remove the session for the
locked jog.IT will unlock the job.

data stage director > job > cleanup resources>
stateupid>job names> select the required job> click on log out
we unlock the job
if it is not work then we go for data stage administrator>
session management>active session
In session management you can find locked jobs there u can
