what is the meaning of 5% droop or 7% droop in AVR?
Answer / Santosh Kumar Niranjan
Droop in an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) refers to the decrease in output voltage as the load increases. The percentage droop indicates how much the output voltage decreases under a full load condition compared to no-load conditions. For instance, a 5% droop means that the output voltage will drop by 5% when the load reaches its maximum capacity.
