I'm a MBA graduate
specialized in finance
and hr. But I'm getting
a lot of offers for
marketing job. The
problem is when ever i
go for an marketing
job interview they
keep asking the same
question. Why are here
for this job when
you're specialized in
different field. I've try
to answer the best but
its not working. I
missed a lot of good
jobs coz of that. Can
anyone suggest what
should i answer if they
ask the same question?

SIR/MADAM,management is mix of finance marketing,hr and operations. I have done finance and HR which i would like to test with marketing while being part of ur esteemed org.
Everyone have to learn marketing, even i m trying to market myself right now by giving interview for job.

HR itself is the process of procuring,developing, maintaining the human resource so that to achieve the goals effectively which involves the interaction with human constituents. marketnig is not only the job of selling the services only it includes the KYC factor which means to know your customer that is the part of HR also.without interacting your customer you cant sell anything to them.

Dear don't be nerves. It is good that you Did your Mba in
finance & HR.My suggestion for you to just go through the
Marketing in the Financial product Like Equity, bond ,Mutual
funds Insurance & also in the Marketing in the Banking
sector.These are the sector where your knowledge of finance
will help you to be a expert in the working. Best of
