In CB mostly we have both option AC/DC SUPPLY because of
that we can use diode in circuit.
for spring charge motor we can feed both AC/DC supply (its a
Universal motor)

In VCB spring charging motor will be a DC one, but control
supply is taken from 230 AC, same will be fed to Diode
bridge and then the rectified 110 Volts DC is fed to the
spring charging motor
