the size of the traiffic line /conductor used fro
transmission depends upon the power factor bcz if P.F is
low large currnet will flow and large amount conductor will
b required. hhiger is the P/F less amount of conductor is
required.lower P.F increases cost.

why there is a temperature rise at different metal to metal contact at cable lug??suppose cable is aluminium and the lug is copper,than why the temperature rise takes place??
