In 3 phase,there are 3 wires from line and neutral but in 2
phase only two live wire are there

A single phase has no neutral point but A three phase has neutral point,
so,that causes a single phase indutoin motor doesn't self start & A/C to the three phase wireing of domestic houses in three phases.
