then how thermocouple mV reaches in CCR as accurate value?

Answer / ravinder tanwar
It depends on quqlity of cable and generally it is
specified by the cable manufacturer that for a perticular
distance what will be the loses and we add that quantity in
our logic for accurate value

bcoz use the specialy manufactured t/c cable and for each
type of t/c we use different t/c cable of that t/c material

First upon CCR not receiving any mv,it is receiving only ma.
mv is going to the transmiter and the transmiter giving
output to panel and console.
& voltage drop , Thermo couple extension cable is not a
normal signal cable it is depends on the thermocouple type.
consider K type thermocouple so the extension cable should
be Nickel Aluminium, b'coz Nickel Chromium is the K type.
it will avoid voltage drop.

TO COMPENSATE THE EFFECT OF TEMP & RESISTANCE ON mV WE USE
COMPENSATED CABLE FOR THERMOCOUPLE.

thats why we use single stand not multi core cable for
thermocouple measurement

Each type of themocouple different types of metals winding are used Example k-type of thermo couple used cromium aluminium metals are used, like j,s,t ect. This metals used as per thermo couple mvolts droping is reducedu

the resistance of thermocouple is les than resistance of
normal cable so voltage drop across wire not too big
