hey nothing will happen, i dont know the technical reason
for this but i have tried for the 192 v dc battry sytem and
there is no shrt ckt.

This case is almost like a short circuit. Voltage almost becomes zero. And the current flowing becomes maximum

1) In ungrounded system nothing will hapend, earth leakage
information display in battery charger.

2) In -ve grounded system short circuit occur and
protection will operate with annunciation.

Normally ungrounded system is using with
leakage detector

Nothing wil happen, such system are adopted in
Telecommunication power supply since its inception and may
be for avoiding over voltage due to positive nature noise
added in the circuit. Always there will be less voltage
that (-) 125 Volt when any (+) volts noise is added.
