TO CALCULATE PRESSURE DROP...
1) DETERMINE THE LENGTH OF THE DUCT
2) CONSIDER 0.004" OFWG/FEET FOR STRAIGHT DUCT & 0.2 FOR ELBOWS.
FOR EXAMPLE : IF THE LENGTH OF THE STRAIGHT DUCT IS
3 FEET,THEN 3*0.004=0.012 & FOR ELBOW CONSIDER 0.2"WG/FEET.

Which is the best option for maintaining water level of Boiler 1)Float type air break switches(well known as Mobry) or 2)DP type transmitter? Please explain in detail !
