1. Boiler has only Safety Valve. Pressure cooker has Safety
valve & Relief valve.
2. At constant pressure, Volume of steeam can be varried in
Boiler. Whereas in Pressure cooker volume is constant.

If the capacity of the system is more than 22.4ltrs,it will be called boiler else it is pressure cooker.
A boiler is bigger and there some extra valves,where as in cooker,only relief and safety valve available.

Though the function of cooker and boiler is same to heat the liquid at a high temperature, but a boiler can heat the fluid on a higher temperature than a pressure cooker. The boilers also offer the facility of an inlet and an outlet whereas a pressure cooker operates with the same amount of liquid. All in all, boilers are more preferred over pressure cookers.

in boiler firing is inside the boiler where pressure cooker firing is outside of vessel.second is the water pressure is nearer to saturation temperature in pressure cooker so it takes only sensible heat. when boiler is taken sensible,latent and super heat.

Boiler is used to supply heat by the combustion of fuel to generate steam i.e. it is heat supplier. Steam cooker on the other hand receives steam from external source (LPG) and converts water to steam required for the purpose of cooking.
