Cascading Prompt:
Prompts on Country, State and City
Prompt1: Country, Prompt2: State, Prompt3: City
Prompt2 will depend on Prompt1 and Prompt3 will depend on
Prompt1.
ex: Select India in Prompt1, then Prompt2 display only the
states related to India, select AndhraPradesh in Prompt2
then Prompt3 display only cities in Andhrapradesh.

CascadingPrompt-: A Prompt which displays the values from
another prompt is known as cascading prompt.
Master-Detail RelationShip: Two data containers can be
merged using common query item.
Procedure: Add the following query items to the list
ordernumber,ordername,Staffname and revenue.
2.)From tool bar drag the list drop beside the revenue,Add
the following query items to the second list
ordernumber,productname,description and quantity.
3.)From Second list select ordernumber from tool bar click
on cut.
4.)Create a total on quantity.
5.)From Data Menu Select Master-Detail RelationShip click
on new link from Query1 select ordernumber Query2 select
ordernumber.
6.)Create a group on staffname query item, Create a header
on staffname query item.
7.)Delete the staffname header cell,format the header which
is created.
8.)From run menu click on run the report.

Master detail relationship:
drag data items in list and ulock,add another list inside the 1st list add data items which should contain at list one common data item so that link on this item can be created from data menu--->master detail relation ship.
