First of all transmit the 11 kv line upto the village by taking taping from the nearest point. After that just using 11kv /440v distribution transformer we can supply power.

take a tapping from 11 kv feeder and bring it near by the village with help of overhead lines. then with help of a distribution transformer(11kv/415V) tap it and supply it to the village.depending on your village load select transformer rating.
