when you touch neutral u are standing on ground, which is
not completing the circuit, but when u touch neutral and
stand on phase u are completing the circuit which means u
wil get shock.

First we have to understand by neutral grounding i.e,when any phase of an electrical equipment is connected to the ground by using a resistor or any non electrical part, then even though we touch the neutral wire , we can't feel any shock because the heavy currents or fault occurs it goes through the ground and then to the source part.......there is no shock that we can feel by touching the neutral.....

The Neutral current of a single phase supply when it is
connected with electrical equipment it will get get shock
becuase of the negliable value of current will flow which
will not fear shock.
