First we have to understand by neutral grounding i.e,when any phase of an electrical equipment is connected to the ground by using a resistor or any non electrical part, then even though we touch the neutral wire , we can't feel any shock because the heavy currents or fault occurs it goes through the ground and then to the source part.......there is no shock that we can feel by touching the neutral.....
