If there is volagte between earth and neutral, what should
be the reason ? and solution
* What should be allowable limit in case, if the voltage
between earth and neutral exist ? / OR what is limit for
safe voltage between earth and neutral?

It due to unbalace loads in the three phases.The limitof
voltage between earth and neutral is 2 volts.
To minimize the volt b/n neutral and earth we have to
balance the neutral current.
Neutral current should be minimun.
