can we run a motor rated 50Hz,415vac,1440RPM At higher speed
then rated on name plate with the help of VFD /drive on long
term basis.wheater it will effect the motor life

Yes the motor can be run above the rated speed through a
VFD ,but it depends upon the manufacturer specification how
much duration and how much it can be raised.

VFD varies the frequency of the motor from 0 to 100 persent
at the same time varies the power of the motor. Maximum
frequency it can go up to, is 100% which is 50 hz (Supply
frequeny). so the full speed is at 100 % freq, (that is at
50Hz)which as per name plate is 1440. hope this helps.
