transformers are exclusively for change of voltage only, if
the transformer output frequency is 200HZ it means that
transformer input frequency is also 200HZ.

when the lamination of core is reduced. Normally it is
0.35mm to 0.50mm. Becauselamination is inversly related to
frequency
