discharge), Cc(coeff. of contraction),Cv.
Cd- 0.91-0.95
Cc- 0.95-0.98
Cv= Cc*Cd

Cc=Coefficient of contraction
Cv=coefficient of variation
Cd=Cc*Cv
Cd can be between 0.6 to 0.8

In addition to this, there is another coeff. named as
coefficient of resistance, Cr. It can be defined as the
ratio of the loss of kinetic energy as the liquid flows
through the orifice and the actual kinetic energy possessed
by the flowing fluid.

Cr=((1/Cv^2)-1)
