i have a Connected Load of 280KW and Maximum Demand of 224KW to one of SMDB

i have a Connected Load of 280KW and Maximum Demand of
224KW to one of SMDB under design with me.
which criteria should i consider to design panel and main
cables connected Load or Maximum Demand
1)Breaker rating
2)Panel Busbar rating
2)Incommer cable sizing (ignore Voltage drop)

As the maximum demand is less than connected load ,you have
to choose rating of power equipments depending upon
connected load .
