I have 11KV/415V power distribution transformer. I have found unbalance current in LT (415V) side. Also observed that unbalance voltage (3V) at LV side due to HV side unbalance voltage. What should I check for this? Also, the same LV side load can run in balance on captive power.

what do u mean by starting torque? how it should be for a good motor? what is the relation between starting torque and power factor? What is the relation between efficiency and starting torque?
