a pipe?

Answer / mahboob pasha
Flow happens only due to the potential difference but by external means it can be from low head to high head such as pump. so that by considering the head as well as external means we can find out the direction of flow.

Its not only the pressure, but also entropy can be used to
find the direction of flow. Flow will be always from a
region of less entropy to more entropy

@ answer 18
Remember "the total entropy of the universe("system + Surrounding") MUST always increase. But considering the flow as "system", its net entropy may still decrease ( eg. due to friction losses )

As we know liquid always flow from high pressure region to
low pressure region. Therefore the liquid will flow towards
that direction where the pressure will be low

Answer / k.harindra kumar
flow of fluid depends on its head(elivation),pressure head,
velocity head by applying bernoulies equation we can
justify the pressure and confirm if.

Answer / karthick
its very simple i just measure the pressure between any two
ends.because whenever there is a difference in pressure the
flow occurs.so if the pressure is high at one end and low
at other end then the flow takes place from high pressure
side to low pressure side

Depending upon the direction of delivery and towards the
end flow direction
