1.TOR bars are coming under HYSD category and TOR is a brand name - Toristeg Steel Corporation of Luxembourg. TOR usually refers to cold treated bars.
2.TMT bars or Thermo Mechanically Treated bars are coming under HYSD category bars and manufactured by rolling steel wires and then passing them through water.
