In order to pump a concrete using pump machine to place it
in the final position, it should have the following properties,
1.It should be M20 grade or higher
2.It should have high workability say slump value 90-120mm.
3.It should have well graded aggregates and more cement content.
4.Minimum cement content for this kind of concrete will

Pumpable concrete means the concrete mix having small size
of aggregates and having proportions of water and cement mix
in proper quantity but non pumpable has big size of

gets stuck at some place and due to which it creates problem
for concreting any structure.

Dear one,
We are using pump in some site where we can not transit the material(concrete)l to work place, concrete used pore in the pump machine and transit rcc via pipe,
slump value should be 120mm minimum for Rcc workability,
