I will divide the target according to the potential of
distributor's area first but if my one distributor is
financial week with negative approach .then we analyses the
last month sale statement of him .I can pressure him to give
that money at least which he got from sale because it's my
right & rest target will divide b/w another two.

at the start i set myself 6 crore target and try to change the negative attitude of distributor and focus more on this distributor and split the target based on market potential and check the target weekly that am in right track...
