If you have the real desire to pursue your career as a manager, you need to receive intense coaching from some very experienced faculties. To be brutally honest, MBA from any open universities is a waste so I suggest you to join some good colleges which offers you good faculties rather than giving some non-managerial jobs.
My opinion is to join NIT's or similar institutes. NIT Calicut is a very good option where you will be exposed to faculties having experience in IIM's and other foreign universities.

many of our friends are selected in HGS,first source,infosys bpo as non voice executives degree qualification we have doubt that all these companies are work as call centers can any one please suggest it would be most helpful
