take that as an opertunity to learn and correct my
weaknesses. First of all we need to listen others carefully
and learn good things from others.

I wasn’t able to keep a good employee once who would been
in any facility for ten years. His job description was
rewritten to require computer skills. I offered to send
him to night classes, but he refused the help. I had no
option but to replace him. In retrospect if I would
encouraged him and other employees to acquire new training
periodically, he might not have been overwhelmed by the
time his position was reworked.

Microsoft certifications are being conducted across 50 centres across India. The manager in charge of the certifications has fallen sick and you have been asked to handle this process for the next week.
