then, volume of conc. 900*4"=297 cft.=8.41 cum.
require of steel: (8.41*.8%)*7850= 528 kg.
say, slab thk.150mm.
then, volume of conc. 900*6"=450 cft.=12.74 cum.
require of steel: (12.74*.8%)*7850= 800 kg.

USUALLY 1 CUM CONCRETE USING 80 TO 100 KG,
900SQFT SLAB = ASSUME THICKNESS OF SLAB=6"
900*.5=450CFT/35.28=12.755CUM
12.755*100=1275KG

if beams are of 230 x 300 then slab will require 1.5 kg/ sq.Ft
if beams are of 300 x 500 then slab will require 3.5 kg/ sq.Ft
