I am constructing a house having 20' X 19' hall.
Do I need to go for a concealed beam. any alternative

IF you constructing any walls above hall in first floor you
must providing concealed beam. Otherwise don't need for the
concealed beam. you just provide nominal reinforcement
b'cause of the slab will be act as two way slab. You should
provide two slab reinforcement detail.

your hall is two way slab.so you can not design simply
supported slab.flat slab is your solution.
