But also, the subsequent recognition of my efforts gives me

I think responsibility motives me the most. Responsibility
is very important for all the employees. Since I am a member
of this company, I should do my job well. That's my
responsibility. Then, loyalty is another factor motivates

MY Father motivates me a lot. Because, he had a lot of
experience and done a very well job. He always told me that
Be Confident on ur work... In addditon to that,We should be
very honest and perfect in our work. I have a certain self
unique values. I have to maintain my self-respect in my
organisation. It Motivated me a lot....
And I motivate the others by saying that "BE
CONFIDENT,HONEST,PERFECT IN YOUR WORK..." Life is a short
