TO NETRILIZE THE EFFECT OF CAPACITANCE AND INDUCTANCE IN
BETWEEN TWO PHASE LINES.
IF THIS MINIMUM DISTANCE IS NOT KEPT BETWEEN PHASE LINES IT
CAN INTERACT WITH ADJACENT PHASE.
