in case of dc ,the frequency is always constant .
where as in case of ac ,the frequency is defined as number
of cycles per second.

it is given by

F=(1/T).

Frequency measuring instruments are available ,just connect
across the voltages and the frequency can be determined
instantly. whereas as the abbreviation means the DC HAS GOT
NO FREQUENCY.
